Surgibud is a surgical logbook, audit, and reflection tool for gynaecologists and other surgeons. Surgeons log cases on their phone in under a minute; Surgibud automatically sends outcome surveys (PROMs) to patients, manages the audit queue, and generates the statistics and CPD documentation required for professional appraisal and recertification. Built privacy-first, Surgibud stores no patient identifiers by design and encrypts the few contact details it briefly holds. Surgibud is made by Operating Systems, a software studio in Auckland, New Zealand.
